La filosofía de la finca implica no sólo abastecer de productos ecológicos y Km 0 a todos los usuarios, sino recuperar tierras que eran cultivadas hace años y embellecer el entorno donde nos encontramos.
Desde hace 2 años realizamos venta directa todos los sábados en los Mercados Agrícolas y Ganaderos de Gran Canaria. A medida que los cultivos se han ido desarrollando hemos ido aumentando la variedad y cantidad de frutas y hortalizas.
Con el fin de ampliar el ámbito de actuación y facilitar la adquisición de productos por parte de clientes de las Islas Canarias, les ponemos a su disposición esta tienda online, LA CESTA DE ECOFINCA LA SALVIA, donde podrá acceder tanto a productos ecológicos Km 0 de la propia finca, productos de otros elaboradores de la isla y diversidad de productos ecológicos. La entrega se hará a domicilio en Gran Canaria una vez por semana y LA CESTA se irá actualizando con los productos de temporada que vayamos disponiendo.
Nuestro objetivo es fomentar el consumo de proximidad, responsable y orgánico, asegurando el bienestar de los productores y evitando en lo posible los intermediarios para que ustedes encuentren todo lo que necesiten para una alimentación sana y sostenible.
